VelvetTube respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on VelvetTube infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL or location of the infringing material on our site
• Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

We will review valid DMCA notices and aim to process takedown requests within 24–48 business hours where appropriate. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification that includes the information required by the DMCA. Send counter-notifications to the same email address above.
